Following on from their major feature on the Fleurie vintage, The Buvologists are publishing the results of a blind tasting of nearly sixty vintages, organised in April 2025 under the aegis of Inter Beaujolais. Following this demanding tasting, only 30 % of the wines were selected by the committee, underlining the selectivity and high standards of the exercise.
Among the award-winning vintages, a Fleurie Demeter-certified biodynamic Château des Bachelards 2022 is awarded a Favourite of the editors, praised for its depth, floral elegance and precise expression of terroir. This recognition, obtained in a blind tasting, confirms Château des Bachelards' place among the benchmark estates in the Fleurie appellation and underlines the consistency of its commitment to demanding biodynamic viticulture.
