What wine to serve with asparagus?

The Pouilly Vinzelles les quarts is a small AOP in the Mâconnais, made from Chardonnay B. A beautiful terroir that has seduced the Comtesse de Vazeilles, who is committed to restoring the nobility of the Beaujolais. A collaboration with selected winegrowers also allows her to vinify some good whites from the Mâconnais. This cuvée has a golden yellow colour, an intense nose evoking acacia flowers, apricot and citrus fruits, and a delicate minerality. The palate is opulent and balanced. The fruit is enhanced by a pleasant acidity. A cuvée like a little jewel!
