The Château des Bachelards recently played host to the members of the Friends of the Beaujolais Geopark for a tour of the estate. This meeting is part of the activities organised around the Beaujolais Geopark, which has been awarded the UNESCO World Geopark, which promotes the region's geological, landscape and winegrowing heritage.
Visitors were invited to discover the vineyard, the cellar and the history of the château, before a tasting of vintages from the estate. This moment of sharing illustrates Château des Bachelards' commitment to its local roots and to passing on the history and landscapes of the Beaujolais region, in close collaboration with local stakeholders.
